Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings: sliced fruits, nuts, seeds
Instructions
- 1In a jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
