Description
A refreshing lemon and mint drink, perfect for breaking the fast.
Ingredients
- 6 lemons, juiced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 liters cold water
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- 1In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- 2Add mint leaves and muddle slightly to release flavor.
- 3Pour in cold water and stir well.
- 4Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- 5Fill glasses with ice, pour in the cooler.
- 6Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon slices before serving.
