Description

No-bake energy balls packed with dates, nuts, and seeds for a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds, ground
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions

    Place almonds and walnuts in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.

    Add dates, chia seeds, flaxseeds, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

    Process until the mixture sticks together when pressed.

    Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

    If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
