A creamy, nutritious pudding that can be prepared ahead for Suhoor.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings: fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or granola

Instructions
