  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) for garnish
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
